My order hasn’t arrived — what do I do?

First check your Amazon order status. If it shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact Amazon directly as they handle all shipping. If you need further help, send us your order number using the form above.

How do I register my warranty?

Visit our warranty registration page. It takes under 2 minutes and activates your 1-year coverage immediately.

My caddy has a defect — what’s covered?

Manufacturing defects and faults are covered under our 1-year warranty. Register your product first, then reply to your warranty confirmation email with a photo of the issue.

Can I return or exchange my caddy?

Returns and exchanges are handled through Amazon as that’s where your purchase was made. Visit your Amazon orders page to initiate a return. If you have trouble, send us a message and we’ll help.

We’re a small independent brand. Our products ship from Amazon’s US fulfilment centres so you get fast, reliable Prime delivery wherever you are in the US.
